In a large bowl add 1/2 cup of organic oats 1/4 cup of diced dried fruit (cranberries, apricots etc)1/2 cup shredded coconut1/4 cup sesame seeds1/4 chai seeds2-3 scoops of chocolate protein powderMix togetherIn a separate bowl heat 3 tablespoons of natural / organic peanut / almond butter 1 teaspoon of vanilla1 tbsp honey1 tablespoon of honeyDash of warm water Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Roll into balls and put in fridge to set. Option - Roll balls in coconut or dip in dark melted chocolate.Enjoy!
