Strollercise Fitness Sessions - Bring baby, Get fit!


Strollercise sessions are specifically designed to help mums get fit after birth and get their pre-natal body back (or even better body)  Sessions begin with a walk to warm up then we stop to do some strength training exercises with cardiovascular drills. Pilates, yoga and abdominal exercises to help improve core strength and pelvic floor exercises so you can all sneeze with ease. The stroller, resistance bands, (and even your child!) are used as an integral part of the workout. The session is then finished with a brisk walk back to our meeting point.

Should bubs be unsettled during the session, its fine to stop or take a few minutes out of the session to feed or settle bubs.

We also offer social gatherings for all Strollercise members.

What to bring

For you: Towel or mat to lie on grass and do exercises on, comfortable clothes and shoes and a water bottle.
For baby: Something he/she can lie on incase he/she does not want to stay in the pram. Toys, bottle, snacks, blanket, dummy etc.

What if it is raining

Once you have registered we will have your mobile number so you will recieve a message at least an hour before the class starts if it is canceled due to rain. If this is the case we will try our best to arrange another time for later in the week.

About the trainer

A mother herself who has a Certificate in Fitness Industry Training and Exercise Science, 7 years experience and 4 years experience working with pre school aged children in gym sports and get fit programmes. Kellys goal is to help you get fit and improve your quality of life all with baby by your side enjoying the workout too.
