Casual sessions are best suited to check-ins, programming without Personal Training session in between and one-off sessions. Ongoing results are best supported through monthly training.

About Your Trainer - Kelly Payne

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people move better, feel stronger, and create lasting change.

I’m a Level 5 Qualified Personal Trainer, former New Zealand athlete, and the founder of Bellabody - launched in 2010 to bring a more personal, grounded, and results-driven approach to wellness.

My journey began at Les Mills, working on the gym floor and leading world-class group fitness classes. I went on to work internationally as a Fitness Director with Steiner Transocean, further developing my skills in training, movement, and leadership. Alongside my hands-on experience, I’ve continued to expand my knowledge through ongoing education in advanced exercise science, pilates, yoga, and functional mobility.

Whether we’re training one-on-one in my private studio or working together through mobile sessions, or a session at the beach I specialize in helping clients perform at their best, feel more confident in their bodies, and build habits that last.

My approach as a trainer is holistic and hybrid, meaning I can offer in person training with online / in between sessions accessible from your phone. 

My athletic background helps me bring a unique edge to my coaching - blending discipline, mindset, and movement in a way that’s effective and empowering. When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find me doing what I love,  surfing, yoga, biking, gymnastics, and spending time with my family.
